KGA’s key philosophy is to achieve an overall, optimum solution to any building project. The ground has many secrets that it is often reluctant to reveal. Our aim is to provide a solution that is not only feasible but cost effective and technically sound. It is with this philosophy that we approach every project, however large or small it may be.

With over twenty years experience working in the industry, we are able to look deeper into a project at the initial stages to identify any problems that may arise as a project commences.

One of the key questions we ask ourselves is…”is the project buildable.” By taking this approach, we are able to identify exactly where the problems are likely to lie and what information will be required. This approach may incur additional cost at the outset of a project, but from our experience, dealing with potential problems during the initial stages will lead to cost savings during construction.

The optimum solution for a project cannot always be achieved by investigation alone. At KGA, we pride ourselves on looking past the ‘property boundaries’ to identify and mitigate all potential problems that investigation alone may not resolve.
